At the Jura Care Village, we use a ‘Level of Care’ and ‘Base Rate’ fee structure to determine a Rate that is in line with the resident’s care needs. A Refundable Deposit equal to the “Base Rate” will be payable on the day of admittance.

Types of Rooms: (subject to availability)

– Shared Room (maximum 2 people per room), shared bathroom
– Semi-Private Room, shared bathroom
– Private Room, shared bathroom
– En Suite Room, private bathroom

Included in the Base Rate:

– Professional staff trained specifically for Alzheimer’s and Dementia-related memory care on-site 24/7
– Home style nutritious meals, snacks and refreshments in a family atmosphere
– Daily housekeeping services and laundry
– 24-hour CCTV monitoring
– Farm like open outdoor living areas including landscaped walking paths, avairy, multisensory gardens, greenhouse, men’s workshop, farm animals and a soothing centrally located courtyard
– Dementia orientated exercises and activities geared for the individual needs of each resident
– Monthly outings and visits to places of interest
– Basic haircuts, nail care and massages
– All rooms have a private basin for own use.

Additional ‘Level of Care’ Fee: (dependent on the needs of the resident)

– Health monitoring of vital signs
– Assistance with daily living (bathing, eating, clothing, grooming and mobility)
– Wandering, aggression or any other abnormal behavior
– Incontinence
– End of life care
